Thanks to everyone that contributed to Robotics Australia Group’s submission to the National Robotics Strategy Discussion Paper and also to those companies and individuals who made their own submissions. The Department received more than 100 submissions, many of which are now available to view on the Department’s consultation hub if you are looking for some weekend reading!
The Department is continuing to develop the Strategy which is expected to be released later this year. Robotics Australia Group continues to advocate to make sure the strategy will address the 7 key points from our action plan, focussing on the areas of Growth, Talent, Cohesion and Trust.
The interest in ChatGPT has seen the release of another Discussion Paper on ‘Supporting Responsible AI”. We encourage you to take a look and ensure there are no potential barriers to the operation of Australian robotics companies.
