Robotics Australia Group Chair, Sue Keay, was fortunate to present on the National Robotics Strategy at the AAUS hosted conference “Emerging Aviation Technologies: Challenging the Status Quo in Australia” conference in association with Avalon 2023. Over 300 delegates representing industry, academia, defence and other government agencies participated in a broad range of discussions on emerging opportunities and challenges facing the RPAS and AAM sector.
The Avalon Airshow saw the unveiling of exciting new Australian UAS including the BAE Systems STRIX Hybrid EVTOL UAS and the Sypaq Systems Samson Heavy Fuel Hybrid UAS. Showing that Australian industry continues to punch above its weight developing these technologies
